Note |
---|
Please note that VoipNow SPE supports only Cepstral 5.1. |
For this feature to work, you need to ensure that there is at least one Cepstral voice engine installed on your server.
- Download a voice from this page (e.g. Cepstral_Allison_i386-linux_5.1.0.tar.gz).
- Make sure you download either the
i386
orx86_64
version, depending on your OS. - After downloading it, open a server console window, log in as root using a SSH client (e.g. Putty) and run:
Code Block |
---|
tar zxvf Cepstral_Allison-8kHz_x86-64-linux_5.1.0.tar.gz cd zxvf Cepstral_Allison-8kHz_x86-64-linux_5.1.0 ./install.sh |
- Follow the messages on the screen and agree to the terms.
- The voice is going to be installed by default in the
/opt/swift/voices
folder. - To verify what voices you have installed you can use the
/usr/local/voipnow/admin/bin/cepstrallic5
tool with--get
parameter.
