- Use provisioning: Enable this option if you want to provision a new SIP device for the current Phone terminal extension. This will unlock the Device Information and the Device Settings fieldsets, allowing you to configure the equipment. The extension will get all its setup parameters from the provisioning server; otherwise, the extension user will have to manually set the device parameters.

Provisioning template | The most important step when adding a device is to select the appropriate Provisioning template. |
Regenerate provisioning files | Select if you want the provisioning files available for the current extension to be regenerated with the new settings. |
Enable parking watch with BLF on <X> lines | This option allows to configure lights indicators on the terminals that support the functionality in order to allow to easily place on park calls and easily retrieve calls from parking. All users inside an organization that have this kind of equipment will be able to do it. |
SIP preferences
The account owners that log in to the VoipNow interface using a service provider, organization or user account have complete access to the Provisioning and SIP Preference's field sets only if the Phone extension SIP management permission is enabled.

Allow virtualization on this extension: If enabled, any other member of the organization can use the phone device where the extension is provisioned. By default, it is unchecked.
