How to manage SIP devices
You can assign the new equipment only to one or more of the organization's Phone terminal
extensions, depending on the number of lines supported by the device.
You cannot assign an equipment to a Phone terminal
extension if its Allow to provision devices permission is set to View or to None!
If the organization's user(s) are in the situation described above, then you can only visualize and manage the existing SIP devices. The Add new device icon is disabled.
If the organization defined provisioning templates for its account, then, when adding a new SIP device, you will not be able to use them. As a system administrator, you can use only your own templates.
