This page details the operations you can perform on a remote update location, such as enabling or disabling, editing its settings, removing it.
Editing the settings of a remote update location
To modify the settings of an existing remote location, click the corresponding Modify icon. The required fields are marked with an asterisk.

Once the remote location details are modified, the application will force the update of the remote locations.
A list of Transfer IP Addresses is also available. To delete one or more addresses, select their corresponding checkboxes and click the Remove selected link at the top of the table.
If the list is long, you can use the Search feature to find specific IPs. Just type in the search criteria in the text box and click the Search button. The system will display only the IPs that match your search criteria.
To display the entire list, click the Show all link. Click OK to save the changes you made. To return to the previous page without saving any changes, click the Up Level link.
Enabling and disabling the remote update location
To change to status of the remote update location, go to the Tools area and press:
- Switch OFF: To disable an active update location
- Switch ON: To enable a disabled update location
Remote logs
The Remote update URL logs page displays a list of events that occurred during remote updates.
To view the remote update logs, press the Remote Logs icon in the Remote Update Locations page.
The following information is available:
- Date: The date and time when the event occurred.
- Level: The type of the event.
- Message: An explanatory message regarding the event.
- Log data: Specific information regarding the event.
If you want to clear delete the remote update logs, press the Clear logs button.
If the logs list is too long, you can use the Search feature to find specific logs. Just type the search criteria in the text box and click the Search button. The system will display only the logs that match the search criteria. To display the entire list, click the Show all label.
Removing a remote update location
If you want to delete a remote update location, select its corresponding checkbox and click Remove Selected. You can delete several locations at the same time. Since the locations will be permanently deleted, you have to confirm the removal operation by pressing OK.
