This article describes how to disable the Automation panel, since VoipNow and VoipNow Automation require separate licenses.
Step-by-step guide
STEP 1: Go to Unified Communications in the main menu.
STEP 2: Then click on Integration in the Zero Priority area.
STEP 3: Deselect the Enable VoipNow Automation back-end checkbox. This will disable the Automation panel. To enable it back, select the checkbox.
STEP 4: Click OK to return to the Unified Communications page.
